The Job Offer Letter is created and saved under a specific format "RTF" and the template is zipped before uploading it into Recruiting Content Library. 

However, the specific Job Offer cannot be preview and the system displays a error message into OTBI windows when we tried to visualized the template.
"Error. The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.
Error detail:oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo11g.xpath.XPathException: Variable not defined: '_XDONFSEPARATORS'.
