Candidate Receiving multiple emails when requisition is closed and the other is when another candidate was selected.

When candidates are automatically dispositioned when the req is filled or cancelled they receive two emails a few minutes apart. One email the candidate gets says the req was closed and the other emails they get says another candidate was selected.
