Hi all,

Do you know what is the difference between minimum and target proficiency level in the job profile page? In my examples I see that they are the same. I know that the minimum proficiency level is the one filled in the job profile but I don't know how it is calculated the target proficiency level.

Do you know if there is a specific calculation?
