Few columns are not available in BICC View Object

Trying to extract data for opportunity through BICC but few columns are not available

Need to extract data for opportunity, opportunity revenue, opportunity team member objects. When try to select columns for extraction, some of the columns are not available for selection. Is there any step needs to be done to make those columns available? Below are the list of columns which are not available for selection in the BICC extract.
