Fast Formula fetching Balance

I have a Balance with multiple dimensions (relationship inception to date and assignment inception to date), and having one Element Feed.

That Element used in the balance is configured with Employment Level: Payroll relationship level.

When I try to use dimension: relationship inception to date in a fast formula, the value is not being fetched (always return the default value)

For example: when I run a QuickPay for an employee, this balance and the dimensions are being updated! but in the fast formula, when I try to fetch that value, it returns 0 (I used log write to see what is happening in the Fast formula).

Howdy, Stranger!
