HI,

The issue is happening to only specific user, when the user is viewing the PDF after the download 'adobe acrobat reader could not open because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged'.

This issue doesn't exists for the user in lower instance. we tried uninstalling and installing adobe reader but the issue is same.
