Can we turn off FYI email and keep FYI bell notifications?

Summary

Is there is a way to turn off the FYI emails and only keep the bell notifications for profiles, talent review, etc.

When we enabled the 'ALL' setting for notifications, we receive an email and a bell notification but we are wondering if there is a way to turn off the emails and only keep the bell notifications. I tried just choosing 'In App' but that seems to be just for workflow type notifications.
