We currenty house custom diversity information in DFFs in Core HR on the employee's personal information screen. These questions are as follows:

How would you describe your gender?
Do you identify as the same gender you were assigned at birth?
How would you describe your ethnic group?
What it your age range?
Do you consider yourself to have a disability or long term health condition?
How would you describe your sexual orientation?
Do you have a religion?
Compared to people in general would you describe yourself as coming from a lower socio-economic background?
