Is it possible to have 2 different extraction on same data store

Already there is an extraction available for opportunity VO and we need to create one new extraction from Opportunity VO with different set of columns. Is it possible to have different extraction for same data store?

Also the extraction will send files to UCM server and name of the file looks like "file_crmanalyticsam_opportunityam_opportunity-batch848391943-20210203_065529.zip". Is it possible to have different file name for each extraction to avoid confusion while downloading?
