Issue equipment tools on Loan

Hello,

Appreciate inputs on this

Requirement is to issue Tools/small equipment to Crew. We need tracking of the equipment issued to crew until it is damaged or returned.

Planning needs a a return date visibility, so that we do not procure additional quantity. Also called (Asset on Loan)

 

Any thoughts how to address this requirement?
