Recruiting - Profile unable to access data within Libraries due to Candidate List Format setting

Summary

When attempting to access Libraries for Templates if Associate has a profile other than Recruiter unable to see the Libraries

When working thru an issue with not be able to see the data within the Libraries section, I have found that it is due to having a different Configuration Profile within User Accounts.

Configuration Profile - Recruiter = Access to Templates within Libraries
Configuration Profile - Corporate Recruiting = Access to Libraries but no data appears 
 
In comparing the profiles within Configuration > SmartOrg Administration > Configuration Profiles  -  The only difference is the Variation of the Candidate List Format.  If I change the Candidate List Format to Variation 1 for Corporate Recruiting Profile the Data within the Libraries appears.  However, Corporate Recruiting profile has to have a different Variation due to the different Process flows associated to their recruiting type.
