Using Compensation Plan to calibrate Performance Ratings

1.Have set up a Compensation plan solely  for the purpose of performance calibrations.

2. In Configure Performance Ratings , have  set 

3. Attached a Rating Model

4. Performance  Document Properties , have set the Review period and Performance Document type accordingly.

5. Configure Worksheet details, I have enabled both the columns Compensation Performance Rating - Current and Performance Management Overall Rating.

After the discussions, need to  the column update  Performance Management Overall Rating  and unbale to do so because this field is un editable, although at the column properties level it is allowed to update .
