Restrict Job Posting

How can access to Job Posting be restricted for hiring managers

Content

We only want Recruiters to post jobs to either internal or career sites. So, we do not want Hiring Managers (people with that role), access "Posting" area. We created a custom role and removed the privilege "Post Job Requisition to Company Career Site". It seemed to work fine, but, suddenly, hiring managers have access to "Posting" area in Job Requisition. I am about to try limiting the access via HCM Experience Studio. But, in the meanwhile, also looking for any other suggestions from experts.
