Bell Notification for Unapplied Prepayments not showing

When creating a non-PO invoice, the bell notification for unapplied prepayments does not appear. It only works for invoices with POs attached.

Did anyone else encounter this issue? When we create a non-PO invoice in Fusion the bell notification for prepayments does not appear. However, if we create a PO invoice for the same supplier, on the same entity - it does show up. I've checked in Manage Invoice Options, and the "Show available prepayments during invoice entry" option is ticked.
