Does anyone have a best practice on purging candidate data to be in compliance with EU requirements?  We are required to delete their applicant data after 6 months and when I try to click on 'Delete Job Application' on an applicant that has already been rejected in ORC, I receive an error that says 'only inactive or unconfirmed job applications can be deleted'. Any ideas would be extremely helpful.  Thank you!
