Creating an Onboarding transition condition based on first Offer

Hello All,

My organization is looking to send out an email notification for IT to prepare IT assets for new employees.  Ideally, we would like this notification to be sent upon extending the first offer to a candidate to give IT the most time.  We're also trying to eliminate IT receiving repeat notifications in case multiple offers are extended.  The only solution I can determine currently is to somehow create a condition in my Onboarding Process based on "Offer 1".

The hard piece is that the offer number in Taleo is a textool label rather than a field.  The resource ID is 4492226.  One idea I had was to create a user-defined field with a default value of the 4492226 textool label.  I could then create a condition based on the UDF (i.e. when UDF Offer Number is "Offer 1 (Current)").  Is there some sort of logic I can add to the default value of the UDF which causes it to display the textool label rather than the Resource ID?  See my screenshot for one method I tried but didn't work unfortunately.

Howdy, Stranger!
