Hello everyone,

We are experiencing a condition where a user creates performance goals using the Responsive UI Goals tile.  

The user then saves the goals which creates a Transaction Console "draft" entry.  

When the user subsequently goes back into performance goals he or she receives an error (please see attached screen shot):  

This is the error. 

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException, msg=JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300001093040749 ].

When we research the error we find that the following conditions exist:
