We have created a custom Recruiter role and added below privilege's but still Add Pending Worker action not available to create an Offer. Please suggest.

Role Name - Pending Worker Addition and Hire ( ORA_PER_PENDING_WORKER_HIRE_DUTY )

Role Name - Pending Worker Addition and Hire ( ORA_PER_PENDING_WORKER_HIRE_DUTY_OBI )
