How we can invite some group of employees for open requisition before posting on internal and extern

    Hi Durga, 

    On the requisition, you can use the setting 'Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted' to accomplish this. When that is set to yes, you can add candidates / prospects to the requisition, and they will review a link to review the job application and apply, even though it would not be visible in the job lists on the career sites. Additional information on that setting can be found here.

    Side note:  Besides checking the box indicated you also have to make the req as "Open for Sourcing" under actions.

    Hi Durga,

     

    You can also use the Campaign functionality to share the requisition to a specific set of people.
