DOB is off by one day when coming back from screening company

DOB is off by one day.  Seems to be occurring when the background check results are send back from the screening company.  Oracle says this is a bug and that 20D.2 will correct the issue.   Another Taleo client has recently upgraded to 20D.2 and states they are now having the same DOB issue.   

Is anyone having this same issue who has upgraded to 20D1.1?  I am hesitate to upgrade to 20D.2 if this will not correct the problem.  

What are the issues with 20D.2 and 20D1.1 that I need to be aware of?
