I have attached a very short video recording on the launching of the ADFDI add-in for spreadsheet journals and then it prompting the user multiple times about connecting to our PROD environment. End user has this issue, when I replicate I do not, so I am assuming it is an IE or Excel security setting. 

Please see the attached video recording of the user's experience.

And as always, I appreciate any help I can get.
