Hello,

has anyone created approval rules based on different grades?

We have a requirement below :

If vacancy requisition is submitted for approval by say Employee 1, this should go to Employee 1's line manager for approval say Employee 2. Here it will check for Grade=Executive - if Employee 2's Grade is not Executive, then Employee 2 has to approve. Once Employee 2 approves, it should go to Employee 2's Line manager for further approval. till it find next line manager's grade as Executive. Refer screen shot for better understanding.

Please help.
