How to Attach a Resume to the requisition specific profile?

I cannot view resume attachments in req specific profiles.

I cannot view resume attachments in req specific profiles. It says there are no attachments when there are. For example internal employees resume does not show up in the req specific profile for the Security Assistant role but it shows under her general profile. Can you please look into that issue? T
