20D.2 - Fluid Recruiting Link not Loading in Internet Explorer

Hello All,
Our production zone is on version 20B.5.2 and we just upgraded staging to 20D.2.
Currently when in production users can navigate within internet explorer (i.e.) to Fluid Recruiting however since our staging upgrade when navigating within internet explorer (i.e.) and selecting Fluid Recruiting the page does not render. We can see the progression wheel spinning but the page never resolves.
We do understand that internet explorer is no longer supported by Oracle but we were surprised to see this behavior. Has anyone else checked or noticed this.
