Hi,

We are using career development functionality for our customer. Our aim is to add Recommended roles to the employees (see the screenshot 'Recommended_Roles.png' that I attached). How can we make this action? Can the Recommended roles be added by someone (for instance by the employee's manager or a HR Specialist), or is there a particular algorithm which assigns to the employees (for instance basing on their skills) the recommended roles?

Hoping someone has some suggestions.
