Inbound email to create SR in B2B Service is getting rejected if attachment size >10 MB

Hi Experts,

I have configured profile options (SVC_INBOUND_EMAIL_MAX_ATTACH_SIZE=20 MB and ORA_SVC_SR_EMAIL_ATT_SIZE= 20 MB) but still inbound email is getting rejected with the error:

 

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

userp3020.oracle.com gave this error:
Message Size Violation

I have raised SR as well but any help is appreciated.
