How do you handle the situation where someone is a recruiter but also a hiring manager? Taleo had issues where you can only have 1 profile and it would need to be reset after the integration from HCM.ORC has its own issues or the could just be my configuration.

I have set up design studio rules so a Hiring Manager does not have to see or input all the fields for a requisition based on the Hiring Manager role. When my recruiter manager logs in (they have both roles) and creates a requisition, they have the view of the Hiring Manager, not the Recruiter.
