Unable to access Worker Name or Legislative information using Rest API

200 : Worker REST API to fetch name / legislative information in Postman results no data.

Hi experts,

I am trying to query worker name information using worker REST API from postman.

•   Get worker detail by passing the person number.

    https://abcd-efgh.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers?q=PersonNumber=1596995
    

•  From the response received I will fetch the "names" URL.

•  When I try to perform Get operation for the URL fetched in  step 2, It doesn't display any data though data can be viewed from the front end.
