Bug Problem Statement :  When a user invokes the Hiring Skill / Internal Candidate Experience Skill in the Fusion chatbot it prompts for
authentication even though the user is already logged in.

Fix has been provided by Development team : Use the DA and skill from the latest release which is version 21.01 and above. Access token is no longer required if you use these version of skills.
