Greetings!

I have recently set up some Recruiter Roles which are secured based on Organization (Business Unit) data. So, we have two Recruiter Roles configured as Recruiter - A and Recruiter B and both are aligned to two separate Business Units. For offer approval, we have 2 levels of approval done by Hiring Manager and Recruiting Manager respectively. The Hiring Manager field in the Requisition shows up all the employees and out of which the Recruiter has to identify the appropriate one. Thus, the Hiring Manager role has not restrictions on Business Units as such. As a first level approver for
