Journeys - Application Task - Document Record Error Message

We have enabled Journeys in a testing environment for 21A, and have started creating new checklists. We are experiencing an error message when the task includes going to the Application Task Document Records. We have Document Records enabled, and are using responsive pages. We have the security setup for Journeys. In addition, we are able to get to other Application Tasks without issue. Has anyone experienced issues with going to Document Records through a Journeys Application Task?
I can't compare to 20D, as we have not had a checklist task with this functionality before.
