Search supplier by field Taxpayer ID

Hi all.
I'd like to know if is possible to search supply using taxpayer id field, at the time i'm create the purchase order. (See sample attachment).
I tried to locate the LOV of this field to try to add the taxpayer id column, but I couldn't find.
