How does HCM determine which user to add as the enterprise checklist sponsor when using "Responsibil

edited Mar 29, 2023 11:29AM in Journeys 6 comments

Summary

We have specified the sponsor to default using "Responsibility type" and an Area of Responsibility we have defined. How does the system determine which user to show as the sponsor from the AOR group?

Content

In our checklist configuration for enterprise onboarding we have specified the sponsor to default using "Responsibility type" and an Area of Responsibility we have defined. Within the AOR we are using there are multiple users and the system seems to randomly choose a specific user as the sponsor. What criteria does the sytem use to select the sponsor from the AOR group and do we have control over this? In some instances the sponsor is showing as the wrong person.
