if I delete oracle account, can I re-apply with the same credit card?
I've been using cloud infrastructure free tier account for months.
Recently I had some issue and need to ask for help, but I may have messed up - it's a complicated process, at first I could open support request in cloud infrastructure, but now I lost that possibility because of some pending verification.
I guess it's either because I got something wrong during account registration, or because I have to purchase support service to open SR?
Anyway, it's getting more and more complicated for me. So I'm thinking: if I delete my Oracle Account, wait some days, can I use the same phone number and credit card to re-apply account?
