How to make Legal Entity field Visible when creating new Job Requisitions

Hello,

We would like to make the "Legal Entity" field visible in the first section (how) of creating Job Requisition.
We know that it is possible to add the field by selecting it by using the tool HCM Design Experience Studio, from the "offer"  section but we are not using it. Can anyone suggest us an alternative solution?
