Hello experts,

we are configuring compensation plan by using the line manager hierarchy workflow.

Each employee has a line manager assigned with the exception of the top manager (the top manager doesn't have any manager assigned) who is the final approver.

However, when the top manager access the plan, can see all employees with the exception of herself/himself.

Is there a way to make the top manager visibile in the plan so as to address merit increase to top manager as well (even if they do not have a manager assigned)?

Thanks in advance for your time!

Kind Regards,
