Ratings in Talent Review and Talent Ratings

We use the delivered rating model - a 5 level rating model - Does Not Meet(1), Met Some(2), Meets(3), Exceeds(4), Significantly Exceeds(5) for Performance Rating (used for Performance Documents)
and use a custom rating model - a 3 level rating model - Low(1), Solid(2), High(3) for Talent Performance Rating (used for Talent Reviews).
Now, after completing the Talent Review meeting, we notice that the ratings on the Employee spotlight - Talent Ratings page is showing up the ratings as below -
