Offer approver not able to see Salary section in the offer approval notification

When offer approver clicks on approval notification then system shows the Offer details, in that page salary section is missing. Approver can see other section(Assignment, Job Requisition, Offer team, Approval History) except salary. Approver has View Offer privilege but still not visible to salary section him/her. Earlier approver was able to view the salary section(check the image) 

How can I resolve this issue?
