How to tranform non-ASCII in the extract file with ASCII ones

How to avoid non-ASCII in the extract file with the substitution of ASCII characters (i.e. è-->e , ì-->i)

Hello,

for active directory we need to avoid receiving non-ASCII characters transforming them to ASCII ones for first name, last name and middle name. 

We have an HCM extract, and an RFT template on BI.

We cannot act on  UI level.

 

Any advise?
