Max Merit Concept
Content
Hi,
Our client uses merit maximums for grade ranges. So in a grade for managers, they have:
A) Minimum Maximum (Normal) C) Merit Maximum
54 223 67 784 81 345
A and B are progression zones and C) is the maturity zone.
Although is the midpoint between A) and C), is not a midpoint, it is the maximum and C) is another maximum
How can this be entered in Comp?
Thank you,
