Attribute of Custom Catalog for approval (Profile Management)

Hi,

I want to make catalog(custom one) based on approval so whenever user request then it go for approval. However, i am struggling to find out what the attribute need to be selected in order to get my Custom Catalog Name.

Can you please share attribute name if someone have worked on it.
