Alert Composer and user of Email type home e mail

Is there any way to send the recipients home e mail?

Hi All,

I am working on attempting to use Alert Composure to sent e mail to individuals home e mail while they are a pending worker. Sadly I do not have ORC and a piece of this is to communicate out username so they can login to system as well as communicate to pending workers prior to hire. Any thoughts on how to accomplish thing?
