Margins/formatting on Career Portal

Job descriptions being cut off on some jobs.

A few of our job descriptions appear to be cut off once they are posted to the the career portal. They appear correct on the requisition when formatting. Is there a way to make sure ALL jobs are posting with proper formatting or not being cut off? I am leaning toward formatting from word to req, but am not sure. 

Has this occurred for anyone else?
