Hi,
I created a candidate selection process where in the Offer phase, I selected 'Yes' in the 'Bypass Extending Offer' field (see the screenshot 'Send_Job_Offer.PNG' that I attached). However our customer goal is to make optional the extending job offer action, namely they would like to keep both the actions 'Accept Offer' and 'Extend Offer', while with the aforementioned configuration, I can only accept the job offer for the candidate (the 'Extend Offer' action is no longer available).
Hoping someone has some suggestions.
