Curl command to upload certificates/keys

Is there a curl command to upload keys/certificates ?

Navigation : Settings> Manage Certificates > Upload

We'd like to automate this task 

Also, is there a curl command to add a group to process cloud service role ?

My Tasks> Adminstration > Manage Roles > Add Roles
