Onboarding for new managers
Content
we are creating a new manager onboarding process, and would like to assign some onboarding checklists to the new hires who are managers. Is there a way to identify those new hires who are managers in the eligibility profile? We have a field "Job Management Level" in Employee data to indicate if the employee is a manager or not, but can't seem to find a way to use that field in the eligibility profile.
Thanks in advance!
