Greetings!

The Job Requisition Security Profile primarily allows security on "either-or" basis. We have a Recruiter Role who has to be restricted visibility to a specific Business Units, although he/ she should be able to create Requisition for a specific Business Unit. Further to elaborate, there are say 4 Business Units A, B, C and D. The recruiter can create Requisition only for Business Unit C (which can be restricted using Organization Security Profile) however, should be able to view all the requisitions for the Business Unit A, B and C irrespective of the ownership of the Recruiter (and also, whether
