How to set maximum scale limit to a column

Content

Hi

I'm trying to build a simple gauge chart for infolet to show employee's accumulated learning hours.  Each employee will have different minimum learning hours depending on their grade. Currently I can only enter the maximum number manually but I need to point the maximum gauge limit to the column.  Appreciate guidance how to go about this.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Aslam
