Error while adding NSG to Virtual Machine

Scenario1:

1. Filled server name
2. Selected Linux version and Shape
3. Selected VCN and Subnet
4. Getting error while adding NSG. Exactly when changing compartment to Network -> Lab

"Oops! An unexpected problem occurred. Please refresh your browser."

 

Scenario2:

1. As a alternative i created server without NSG.
2. After i tried to add NSG to server. Same error while selecting compartment to Network -> Lab

"An unexpected error occurred. An empty error body with no stack trace may indicate a memory leak and/or the browser was unable to make the API call."

 

I tried below, but nothing helped. I am facing this issue from past 3 days and i tired at 30 times.
