Fast Formula to extract flexfield created in Manage Grades page

Hello experts,

which is the fast formula to extract custom field created in manage grade page?

For example, if I create custom field in Manage Position page I can use the following Fast Formula:

default for PER_ASG_POS_ATTRIBUTE2 is 'ND'

posenglish = PER_ASG_POS_ATTRIBUTE2

return posenglish

 

Is there something similar for Grade flexfields?

If I want to extract the ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 value, how can the fast formula be?
